Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee tire distribution, packing, weighing, and counting for customer orders. The role provides leadership in TireHub Logistics Centers and requires safe driving, strong customer service, and coordination with the TLC team.

The position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader. Starting wage is $22 per hour with progression after 90, 180, and 365 days. Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shifts; includes comprehensive benefits and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with general warehousing and distribution operations.
• Ability to bend, lift, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer-based tools including iPad and GPS."
• Ability to load/unload and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles.
• Knowledge of safety practices and ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks across warehousing, delivery, and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate routing and dispatch to Logistics Specialists.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles while following safety guidelines.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory control documentation.
• Communicate daily operational updates to Leadership with safety and productivity notes.
• Ensure accuracy of tire selection, packing, weighing, and staging per bin locator system.
• Collect COD payments where applicable.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and mechanical condition; report issues promptly.
