Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee tire distribution, packing, weighing, and counting for customer orders. The LL will guide TireHub Logistics Centers, ensure safe driving and strong customer relationships, and operate TireHub vehicles when needed.

The role reports to an Assistant TLC Leader and requires leadership in daily dispatch-like task routing, cycle counting, and compliance with FMCSA. Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks across General Warehousing, Delivery Service and Vehicle Maintenance.
• Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport and customer orders.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks and delivery vehicles as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory control tasks; participate in annual inventories.
• Communicate daily operational summaries to leadership and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect COD payments and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance logs.
