HOERBIGER Safety Solutions / IEP Technologies (IEP) in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations, support the logistics team, and ensure shipments are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

This role partners with Customer Service to meet customer requirements, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures regulatory compliance for domestic and international shipments, including hazardous materials.

Qualifications

• Five years or more in logistics, shipping, receiving, or supply chain with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements (DOT/IATA).
• Proven ability to resolve shipment issues with customers and carriers.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and MS Office for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics operations: shipping, receiving, packing, documentation, and carrier coordination.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to align shipment timing and priorities.
• Oversee hazardous material shipments with proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse organization using data insights.
• Develop the logistics team through clear expectations and safety-focused leadership.
