Job summary

Pay rate is $30.83/hour with a 2-2-3 shift schedule (6:00 AM to 6:30 PM). The role emphasizes safety, training, and cross-functional coordination to keep the plant running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in this department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work floor activities.
• Plan and schedule efficient loading dock operations.
• Lead safety efforts to support plant performance goals.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Lead start-of-shift and end-of-day department meetings.
• Offload and manage bulk material inventory.
• Manage material flows for efficient operations.
• Interface with vendors and on-site fleet.
• Lead timely problem resolution efforts.
• Participate in quality audits as needed.
• Support palletizer performance and on-site recyclables.
• Maintain timely communication flow across the organization.
• Drive department improvement initiatives.
• Perform duties within management scope.
