Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work floor activities and plan loading dock operations.
• Lead start of shift and end of shift meetings to align the team.
• Offload and manage bulk materials and ensure smooth material flows.
• Interface with suppliers and on-site fleet to service department needs.
• Support and troubleshoot palletizer machine performance where needed.
• Participate in quality audits and drive timely problem resolution.
