Job summary

Plasticard Locktech International is seeking a Logistics Lead to support daily Receiving/Warehouse operations and serve as a working lead for the team. You will help organize workflow, verify incoming materials, and ensure proper labeling, staging, and storage across the warehouse.

You will collaborate with internal departments to maintain inventory accuracy and timely material movement, while directing daily activities and addressing operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics-related education preferred.
• 1–2 years in receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material-handling operations.
• Lead or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory, warehouse, and material-handling processes.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and provide day-to-day direction to team members.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, staging, storage, and warehouse activities.
• Organize and prioritize daily workloads for Receiving/Warehouse team members.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to employees within the department.
• Receive and verify incoming materials, products, and jobs for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure received materials are properly labeled, staged, stored, and moved to the appropriate locations.
• Coordinate material movement between the warehouse and internal departments.
• Monitor inventory levels, storage locations, and material movement.
• Track received materials and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and warehouse records and documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory-control activities as needed.
• Identify workflow or operational issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Support process improvements related to warehouse efficiency, accuracy, organization, and inventory control.
• Ensure team members follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
