Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience leading teams within logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of logistics planning, transportation management, warehouse operations, and international trade processes.
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems; SAP is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct country or basin logistics activities and establish priorities to meet operational requirements.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training plans, and competency assessments.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization forecasts with operational stakeholders.
• Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor improvement initiatives.
• Optimize fleet utilization and reduce equipment idle time through planning.
• Lead resolution of logistics escalations and operational disruptions.
• Drive cost-reduction opportunities and process efficiency improvements.
• Support implementation of procedural changes and operational best practices.
