• Resolve internal and external questions and inquiries.
• Assist scheduling to resolve issues during check-in and at the dock.
• Monitor yard and trailer pool; ensure accuracy and proper leasing.
• Support Managers with rollout projects and performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and best practices across logistics.
