HealthTrackRx Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist II to join our Louisville team.

The role supports in-office operations, with a Tue-Sat shift from 12:30am ET to 09:30am ET, and focuses on analyzing logistics plans to optimize production, distribution, and inventory while improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs. You will review daily internal and company-wide reports, manage resources, ensure data integrity, resolve carrier issues, and help develop SOPs for logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Education aligned with supply chain/logistics or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Visio.
• Experience with shipping and logistics software and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics plans to optimize production, distribution, and inventory.
• Review daily internal and company-wide logistics reports.
• Manage resources to meet client needs and control costs.
• Ensure data integrity across logistics systems and records.
• Resolve carrier and courier issues and coordinate CAPA as needed.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs for logistics operations.
• Monitor provider performance and suggest improvements.
• Lead training and support for junior staff in logistics duties.
