Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, mail operations, courier coordination or similar operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems to track issues and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary logistics contact for mail, specialty, store inquiries and business issues.
• Monitor national/local courier activity and address shipping concerns and escalations.
• Manage carrier relationships with FedEx, UPS, USPS and others to ensure timely service.
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Support SOP compliance, safety, confidentiality, and McKesson Shared Principles.
• Lead logistics improvement efforts and develop new SOPs.
