  • Experience with inventory control, procurement and receipt of supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Process requisitions for ordering supplies, materials, spare parts and services.
  • Ensure requisitions contain proper justification, authorization and funding source.
  • Ensure mandatory government sources are used to obtain materials and services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing local procedures for ordering with government purchase cards.
  • Process receipt of procured items, verifying quantity and quality.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and monitor outstanding purchase obligations.
  • Conduct annual personal property inventories.
  • Usage of multiple software programs.
