Trace Medical is seeking a Logistics Associate to execute shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while delivering excellent customer service. The role blends warehouse operations with cross-functional support and requires strong organization in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in shipping/logistics, solid communication skills, and proficiency with shipping systems and inventory software. Health, dental, vision plans, 401(k), and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in a technical or service-based environment.
• Proficient with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight carriers) and inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; able to use email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems effectively.
• Primarily warehouse setting with office interaction.
• Regular use of phone, email, and shipping software for customer and team communication.
• Physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing inventory.

Responsabilités

• Shipping & Receiving: process incoming shipments, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and stock inventory.
• Outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and coordinate carrier pickups for ground and freight shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records in the inventory system.
• Inventory Management: organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of reorder needs.
• Customer Service: respond to inquiries related to orders, tracking, and product availability.
• Support service team with repairs, returns, and exchanges.
• Operations Support: keep warehouse clean, assist with order fulfillment, and support internal teams.
