Trace Medical in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Logistics Associate to manage shipping, receiving, inventory control and customer support for biomedical equipment and parts. The role blends warehouse operations with frontline service, requiring strong organization and attention to detail.

You will process shipments, perform cycle counts, stock inventory, assist with rentals and repairs, and coordinate with sales and service teams.

Formación

• 2+ years in shipping/receiving or logistics.
• Customer service experience in a technical/service environment.
• Proficient with shipping systems (FedEx, UPS, freight carriers) and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Primarily warehouse setting with office interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming shipments and stock inventory.
