Job summary

Soarnol in La Porte, Texas seeks an organized Advanced Specialist – Logistics & Inventory Control to coordinate finished-product shipments, process orders in SAP, and support inventory coordination at our La Porte location.

You will work with distributors, warehouse partners, and freight carriers to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy in inventory, and timely month-end closing, while protecting confidential information and maintaining logistics documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, inventory control, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management module is preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and the ability to learn logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP from receipt through invoicing, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments to meet delivery commitments for domestic/export, tracking through arrival.
• Communicate shipment details and address delays with distributors, carriers, and dispatchers.
• Coordinate inventory availability with onsite Inventory Coordinator and logistics team.
• Support month-end closing and inventory reconciliation by reviewing reports.
