Job summary

Soarnol seeks an Advanced Specialist in Logistics & Inventory Control at its La Porte, Texas location. You will coordinate finished-product shipments, process orders, and support inventory across the site, working with distributors, warehouses, and freight carriers to keep commitments on time.

You will handle SAP-based order processing, inventory coordination, and cost tracking while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or inventory control.
• Familiarity with SAP, especially Materials Management, and warehousing terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders in SAP from receipt through invoicing.
• Coordinate shipments to meet delivery commitments for domestic/export shipping.
• Communicate with distributors, warehouse coordinators, carriers, and dispatchers to confirm details and address delays.
• Coordinate inventory availability with onsite team to support orders from shared stock.
• Support month-end closing and inventory reconciliation by reviewing reports.
