Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage safe, cost-effective site logistics, including domestic and international shipping and receiving. You will coordinate carriers, oversee warehouse operations, and ensure SAP transactions and shipping documents are prepared accurately.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field, or 3+ years in manufacturing/logistics, and a strong commitment to safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or engineering with minimal experience, or 3+ years in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse or logistics duties in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for packaged and bulk materials, including shipping/receiving, verification, storage, and scheduling.
• Oversee warehouse/yard operations: space management, trailer availability, and trailer inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and SAP transactions; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and determine corrective and preventive actions.
