Alphatec Spine, Inc. seeks a warehouse associate to initiate and maintain records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials. You will prepare products for shipment, verify orders, and enter data to support accurate inventory and purchasing records.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, ensuring documentation accuracy, and protecting materials for transport. Candidates should have basic MS Office skills and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically <1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management software.
• Ability to perform a mix of basic and specialized tasks; strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Package and prepare products for shipment and post weights and shipping charges.
• Review customer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise in the distribution center.
• Compare packing slips with purchase and shipping orders for accuracy.
• Enter data to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
• Verify inventory against physical counts and adjust discrepancies with corrective action.
• Maintain manual/computerized records of material inventory and locations.
• Compute inventory balance, price, and cost; track receipts and disbursements.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and materials are protected for shipment.
• Determine efficient routing and mode of transportation; assist with related tasks.
