Conserv FS, Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Specialist in Lisle, IL to assist the Service Center Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and inventory control.

You’ll ensure accurate handling of deliveries, pickups, and documentation while upholding safety protocols and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating service equipment, and maintaining office and warehouse areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years clerical experience preferred.
• Typing proficiency and professional communication skills are essential.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Agvance knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Location Manager with supervision of operations, scheduling, and personnel.
• Schedule and maintain equipment, rolling stock, and facilities.
• Manage inventory and ensure all products are invoiced or delivered.
• Process deliveries, transfers, and customer pickups; handle DOT docs for HAZ-MAT.
