Talentify is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist for the first shift in New Albany, Ohio. You will support daily logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation activities to ensure accurate and timely material movement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in logistics or related fields, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and Excel. This role focuses on accuracy, collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping, receiving, and delivery activities to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Monitor transportation requirements and communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Support compliance-related documentation and ensure records are maintained accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
• Pull, stage, verify, and prepare materials for distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations.
• Process goods receipts and inventory transactions within ERP systems.
• Track shipments and material movement with detailed records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
