Job summary

Acer is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Specialist in San Jose, CA to manage daily inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales Operations, CPFR, and suppliers to ensure product availability and accurate inventory.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in inventory management, fulfillment operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or order management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory ladders and collaborate with logistics partners to execute replenishment activities.
• Manage PM sample requests, create engineering sample POs, and track shipments.
• Process Demo requests, inventory allocations, and shipping coordination with timely closures.
• Work with vendors to place POs, monitor inventory, and maintain FCST files.
• Generate hub return reports and coordinate re-boxing for damaged shipments.
• Conduct daily inventory audits and reconciliation for LK and LA hubs.
• Process order modifications and maintain accurate system transactions.
• Produce and analyze STA and inventory performance reports.
• Review SKU performance and allocation needs with Sales Ops and CPFR.
• Distribute inventory reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in supplier forecast reviews to align supply with demand.
• Review inventory positions, supply projections, and KPIs.
• Update container forecasts and communicate risks and opportunities to cross-functional teams.
