Job summary

Accelera is seeking a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth movement of goods within our warehouse. You will optimize material handling and data systems to meet critical shipping deadlines and maintain high efficiency.

Key responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise, daily cycle counts, and operating reach trucks and forklifts. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and experience with RF scanners are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Certification and proficiency in operating forklifts and reach trucks.
• Strong mathematical skills for inventory management and unit measurement.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse data entry software.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure high inventory integrity.
• Efficiently pick and stage customer orders to maintain rapid fulfillment cycles.
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to keep records precise.
• Operate heavy lifting equipment, such as reach trucks and forklifts, to move materials safely.
• Process incoming freight and returns by logging data accurately into our management systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free facility to support operational excellence.
• Resolve freight claims and respond to internal queues to keep logistics workflows moving.
