Maxxon Corporation, along with the MaxTech family, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator for a part-time 3-6 month contract in Minnesota. You will support logistics, order tracking, inventory control, receiving, and purchasing to ensure timely flow of goods.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactivity, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams, with 20-30 hours per week and compensation of $21–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with order tracking systems, warehouse portals, or transportation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules with vendors, carriers, and warehouses.
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays.
• Manage and verify incoming materials through the receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Support inventory control by maintaining accurate monthly records, reporting discrepancies, and cycle counts.
• Serve as backup to the Warehouse Manager and support purchasing activities.
• Maintain records in ERP systems related to inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure materials and products are available as needed.
• Identify process improvements to support supply chain efficiency and cost control.
