Maxxon Corporation, part of the MaxTech family, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator for a 3–6 month contract in Minnesota. This role supports logistics coordination, order tracking, inventory control, receiving, and purchasing to ensure timely flow of goods.

The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, familiarity with order tracking systems and ERP platforms, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with order tracking systems, warehouse portals, or transportation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules with vendors, carriers, and warehouses.
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving delays.
• Manage and verify incoming materials through the receiving process with accurate documentation.
• Support inventory control with monthly records, cycle counts, and stock level analysis.
• Provide backup to the Warehouse Manager and assist with purchasing and receiving coordination.
• Maintain ERP records for inventory, orders, and shipments and liaise with internal departments.
• Identify process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost control.
