Job summary

Bentley Mills is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in City of Industry, CA. The role focuses on auditing freight bills, inventory reconciliation, and coordinating shipments, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The position requires 3 years of shipping experience, knowledge of international shipping, strong English communication, math skills, and proficiency in Excel. OT may be required; standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with 40+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3 years shipping experience.
• International shipping knowledge and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Intermediate to advanced math skills.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Be able to use Monarch to extract information.

Responsibilities

• Audit all freight bills and input them into the system.
• Cycle Inventory and reconcile all inventory.
• Handle freight quotes and claims; process UPS and end-of-day tasks.
• Schedule returns; route and schedule trucks for shipments.
