Job summary

Bentley Mills is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in City of Industry, CA. The role focuses on auditing freight bills, inventory reconciliation, and coordinating shipments, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The position requires 3 years of shipping experience, knowledge of international shipping, strong English communication, math skills, and proficiency in Excel. OT may be required; standard hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with 40+ hours weekly.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to: Audit all freight bills and input them into the system. Cycle Inventory. Reconcile all inventory. Freight quotes, claims. Process UPS, complete end of day. Schedule returns. Route & schedule trucks for shipments.

EXPERIENCE OR REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years shipping experience
• Previous experience with international shipping requirements and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills to read, write, understand and discuss (in English)
• Intermediate to advanced math skills required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Proficient in Excel
• Be able to use monarch to extract information

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Frequent: Balance, climb, crouch, and depth perception, handle, hear, kneel, manual dexterity, lift 15-50 lbs., reach, speak, stand, and stoop. Use personal protective equipment. Occasional: Crawl, grasp, sit and walk. Required: Close vision, color, and texture.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

General office and warehouse environment. Background noise, dirt, oil, humidity, temperature variations. Work near moving mechanical parts.
