DrillChem Drilling Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support product movement and inventory operations. The role involves coordinating transportation, working with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics experience required; industry-related logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, including after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

• Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer orders and supplier orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate the movement and transfer of inventory between DrillChem's domestic stock points based on inventory levels and operational needs.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules, delivery status, and transportation requirements.
• Follow up with common carriers and customers to obtain signed delivery tickets and maintain complete and accurate shipment documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels at domestic stock points and communicate inventory needs or potential shortages to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Travel occasionally to job sites and domestic stock points to perform physical inventory counts, quality assurance, and other logistics-related activities.
• Be on call nights regularly and weekends on a rotational schedule.
