  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, including after-hours and weekend support.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer orders and supplier orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
  • Coordinate the movement and transfer of inventory between DrillChem's domestic stock points based on inventory levels and operational needs.
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules, delivery status, and transportation requirements.
  • Follow up with common carriers and customers to obtain signed delivery tickets and maintain complete and accurate shipment documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels at domestic stock points and communicate inventory needs or potential shortages to the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Travel occasionally to job sites and domestic stock points to perform physical inventory counts, quality assurance, and other logistics-related activities.
  • Be on call nights regularly and weekends on a rotational schedule.

JOB SUMMARY

Drillchem Drilling Solutions is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the company's product movement and inventory operations. This position is responsible for coordinating the transportation of Drillchem products, and working closely with customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
