Job summary

Service Legends is seeking a Purchasing & Delivery Coordinator to support inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and field operations. You will manage orders, keep accurate records, assist with deliveries, and help field teams with parts and pricing.

The role combines office coordination with hands-on warehouse tasks and local deliveries, requiring strong organization and the ability to adapt to a dynamic workday. Forklift experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in inventory, purchasing, warehouse, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills for frequent phone, email, text, and in-person requests.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning company-specific software; ServiceTitan or QuickBooks a plus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and verify inventory records; process restock requests in company systems.
• Support purchasing and replenishment of stock, materials, and field items.
• Receive, verify, store shipments; research pricing and product details as needed.
• Coordinate shipping, labels, and documentation for shipments; assist field teams with parts.
• Operate forklift as needed; perform local pickups and deliveries to support operations.
