Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear, parent of Gear for Sports and Knights Apparel, seeks an Events Operations Coordinator to manage events from start to finish, including order entry, communications with event contacts, and maximizing onsite sales. The role involves receiving and sorting merchandise in Lenexa warehouse and loading/unloading semi-trucks.

Travel to NCAA and conference championships is required to oversee inventory, reorders, and site reconciliation, with on-site coordination and post-event

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of comparable experience.
• Solid decision-making skills with the ability to influence others.
• Knowledge and passion for collegiate sports strongly preferred.
• Willingness to be trained on electric pallet jack and reach truck.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and communicate with event contacts to maximize sales.
• Receive, sort, and warehouse merchandise in Lenexa, Kansas.
• Load and unload semi-trucks for events and travel to site championships.
• Oversee inventory, reorders, and reconciliation with site after events.
• Complete all event paperwork and communicate with finance as needed.
