Qualifications

• Knowledge of global logistics processes and industry landscape.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication in English.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing shipments and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain smooth freight process flow and timely updates.
• Provide status updates and flag delays or exceptions.
• Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
• Support teamwork and knowledge sharing through documentation.
• Create and maintain SOPs and training materials for accounts.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely processing.
• Attend training sessions and accept expanded responsibilities.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Meet KPI targets as defined by Expeditors procedures.
