Job summary

Health & Happiness Group is seeking a Logistics Internship to support the Supply Chain & Operations team in North America. This role focuses on strengthening fulfillment, transportation coordination, and reporting using MS Excel and basic e-commerce tools.

The internship offers exposure to multiple logistics disciplines, daily collaboration with teams, and a chance to deliver a concrete Procurement/Logistics project as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Excel is required.
• Experience with Shopify is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, fulfillment, planning, or logistics is preferred.
• Obsessed with details and highly organized.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to learn and master new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fulfillment activities including order review, entry, warehouse coordination, transportation coordination, tracking and invoicing; EDI/NetSuite experience helpful.
• Use warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory movements.
• Coordinate daily sales orders with customers, sales, and logistics teams.
• Capture and report weekly order fulfillment KPIs such as fill rate, on-time shipping, and on-time delivery.
• Contribute to new sales opportunities and fulfillment solutions including cost savings initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance to research and resolve customer compliance chargebacks.
• Support strategic projects including product and display launches; 15-20 hours per week.

Your role within the team

Working closely with the fulfillment team, the Logistics Intern will gain exposure to different aspects of logistics operations. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your project management skills, understand the ins and outs of transportation, and become a whiz with MS Excel.

The Procurement Intern will complete their internship by presenting a comprehensive Procurement Project to the team. This project will showcase the intern’s achievements and serve as a portfolio of their capabilities and contributions to H&H Group.

Duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate and work closely with fulfillment activities including order review, entry, warehouse coordination, transportation coordination, tracking and invoicing. EDI and/or NetSuite experience is beneficial.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory movements.
• Daily sales order coordination with customers, sales, and logistics teams.
• Assist with capturing and report on weekly order fulfillment KPI’s such as fill rate, on-time shipping, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate on new sales opportunities and order fulfillment solutions including cost savings initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with finance to research and dispute customer compliance chargebacks.
• Collaborate on strategic projects such as product and display launches. 15-20 hours working time per week.
