Responsibilities

• Core Logistics & Tracking: assist with load tracking, tracing, and app compliance.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: ensure proper documentation, certificates of insurance, calls to carriers.
• General Office Hero: answer phones, support accounting, handle general duties.
• Communicate with carriers to discuss lanes, equipment, and quantities.
• Update customer systems and active load information for shipper and carrier tracking.
