Responsibilities

• This internship will have one of two tracks: Order Fulfillment or Transportation.
• Work with Customer Solutions team and retail store locations to enhance the ordering experience.
• Assess orders and determine efficient fulfillment methods.
• Communicate with customers primarily via email regarding order status.
• Assist in solving issues to satisfy order requirements and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, distribution centers, and purchasing to ensure effective fulfillment.
• Enter purchase orders for customized items and monitor expedited shipping.
• Coordinate store pickups and suggest delivery improvements.
• Analyze freight and carrier performance to improve delivery times.
