The position emphasizes leadership, change management, and optimizing logistics performance to support Bosch's automotive and industrial technology operations in Romania.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads and drives logistic projects and process optimization across all logistic functions.
• Reviews, challenges, and prioritizes logistics improvement projects with Value Stream, Logistics and Factory Management.
• Drives transparency of logistics performance through KPI management and dashboards.
• Promotes data-driven decision-making using analytics and performance monitoring tools.
• Leads digitalization initiatives within logistics, including automation and Industry 4.0 solutions.
