Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Logistics Incident Analyst to support incident management in the supply chain. This remote role (US) involves data entry, documenting incidents, and coordinating with carriers and clients to drive timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of concise written communication, and able to work both independently and in a team. AUS/Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
