Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of LTL or FTL experience.
• Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze transportation data and report in clear metrics.
• Ability to write business reports and present to groups.

Responsabilidades

• Daily communication between the customer and BG internal teams related to the customer's operations.
• Proactively manage the operations dashboard to meet and exceed service commitments.
• Identify logistics trends and work with the customer to mitigate risks.
• Deliver weekly reviews and monthly reports according to customer requirements.
• Develop and implement account-specific projects with milestones and progress tracking.
• Create presentations and spreadsheets to manage customer accounts.
