Job summary

CAE USA is seeking a Logistics Management Specialist to support FIAR compliance, government property management, and asset lifecycle activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain asset records, execute audits, and drive data integrity across property systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with FIAR, government property management, and DoD regulations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, data integrity, and audit readiness capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute FIAR activities to ensure audit standards and internal controls.
• Maintain government property records and lifecycle management per FAR/DFARS.
• Conduct internal reviews, asset reconciliations, and prepare audit documentation.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and program teams to close findings.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, and training materials for FIAR and property programs.
