Job summary

Dot Foods Inc. is seeking an Operations Clerk at the Gate Station to control, inspect, and track inbound and outbound truck traffic, coordinating the timely flow of trailers and paperwork in receiving, storing, and shipping product.

You will inspect and record inbound vehicle data, assist with haul load and paperwork tracking, verify documents, and compare supplier bills. This is a full-time role with weekend hours and starting pay of $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and record inbound vehicle data.
• Assist with haul load and paperwork tracking.
• Track and verify paperwork and product on trailers.
• Investigate shortages in picking process.
• Compare accuracy of supplier bills.
• Choose and stage loads to be received.
• Print and finalize shipping/receiving paperwork as needed.
• Verify correct load and temperature settings.
• Use Yard Management systems.
