Responsibilities

• Shipping & logistics management: Manage all domestic and international shipments from order processing through final delivery.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, and others).
• Prepare and review shipping documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, export and customs paperwork.
• Ensure shipments comply with international shipping requirements and customer needs.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues, delays, and carrier problems.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Maintain shipping cost records and improve logistics tracking processes.
• Manage relationships with freight carriers and negotiate shipping solutions.
