Job summary

You will perform physical counts, move goods with pallet jacks, and document records per retention schedules, while contributing to cross-functional projects and process improvements within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or Bio/Pharma industry.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with PC desktop applications and business systems.
• Ability to work in a highly cooperative team environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed.
• Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Experience working in Quality Management Systems.
• Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Access various business systems and input data with accuracy.
• Accurately pick and pack product against shipping orders.
• Perform all work activities safely and in compliance with policies.
• Perform physical counts of product and materials.
• Use manual labor and pallet jacks to move product to/from storage and trucks.
• Record creation, collection, and storage per retention schedules.
• Contribute to department projects — investigate, analyze, document processes, and communicate results.
