Job summary

Responsibilities

• Research order availability issues and propose solutions within TX guidelines.
• Coordinate with TX, Logistics and trade customers to resolve delayed deliveries.
• Create or cancel delivery documents with internal process partners.
• Research and assign set-aside orders and other prioritizations.
• Monitor open orders and ensure on-time deliveries across channels.
• Identify systemic problems and recommend course of action for improvement.
