Job summary

Cyber Power Systems USA Inc. seeks a Fulfillment Specialist / Logistic Operations Coordinator to ensure efficient movement of goods across the US.

You will coordinate daily logistics, schedule shipments, manage inventory, and liaise with carriers and suppliers to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing costs and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via all input methods (EDI/ internal PO inbox/ account portal).
• Manage order process from receipt to shipment, delivery, and invoicing for designated accounts.
• Manage carrier quotes within the TMS to drive cost efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain knowledge of products, allocation process, customer requirements and carrier vendors.
• Coordinate with off-site logistics centers, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines and track shipments.
• Correspond with carrier vendors and customers to address questions and resolve issues.
• Document Return/ Correction orders for shipment refusals, damages, and shortages.
