Bloomingdale's Lenox Square is seeking a Receiving Support Associate to help manage merchandise receiving, logistics, and fulfillment in a full-time capacity. You will assist with packing, processing receipts, and serving customers on the selling floor with speed and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are reliable team players with strong communication skills, capable of adapting to a fast-paced retail environment and comfortable using technology for inventory and transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance.
• Assist with new receipt processing and merchandise intake.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Apply packing policies to ensure safe, accurate packaging.
• Support store operations during large events and peak times.
• Utilize technology to complete tasks efficiently.
