Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to support daily store operations, including receiving, packing, and shipping merchandise while ensuring accuracy and speed. You will collaborate with teams to deliver customer orders and maintain inventory integrity.

In this role, you will use handheld devices and store technology to process receipts and fulfill customer orders, while participating in occasional events and promotions and adapting to changing priorities on the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter who can adapt quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and provides assistance on the selling floor.
• Process new receipts and support receipt handling per standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Learn packing policies to ensure packages reach customers in excellent condition.
• Participate in RTVs, CDT processing, price changes, and damages/salvages.
