Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to support daily store operations in receiving, stocking, packing, and shipping merchandise. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and teamwork to fulfill customer orders and store needs.

Responsibilities include processing new receipts, locating items, applying packing standards, and assisting with promotions and events. Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility with hours are required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service in retail is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes customers on the selling floor.
• Support and administer new receipt processing according to company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from selling floor and stock rooms for all fulfillment types.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure safe delivery of packages.
• Participate in all logistical initiatives including RTVs, CDTs, price changes, damages/salvages, job outs.
• Embrace and be proficient with technology.
• Support store during big-day events.
