Bloomingdale’s in the United States seeks a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to ensure seamless receiving, logistics, and fulfillment of merchandise according to store standards. The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, collaboration, and helping drive store results.

Responsibilities include greeting customers on the selling floor, processing receipts, picking and packing orders, applying price changes, and supporting big-day events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful self-starter who works independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the selling floor and assist as needed.
• Process new receipts and support order fulfillment.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Apply packing policies to ensure packages arrive in excellent condition.
• Support store during big-day events and initiatives.
• Utilize technology and handheld devices to perform tasks.
