Job summary

Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Logistics and Fulfillment Professional to ensure smooth merchandise receiving, packing, and order fulfillment. You will handle packing, picking, and processing receipts while maintaining speed, accuracy, and a collaborative spirit to drive store results.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. You will work on the sales floor and stock areas with handheld tech to support customer orders

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the selling floor.
• Process new receipts per company standards.
• Search and pick merchandise from floor and stock rooms for fulfillment.
• Learn and apply packing policies to ensure safe delivery.
• Participate in logistics initiatives (RTVs, price changes, damages).
• Be proficient with technology (handheld devices, POS).
• Support store during big-day events.
