Job summary

Fulgent Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to coordinate the flow of goods across the operation, including order fulfillment, shipping and logistics, and inventory control under supervision.

You will serve as a hub across clinical lab, R&D, sales and insurance teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and inventory records, gaining insight into how a state-of-the-art genetic lab operates and how new products are developed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Specialized or technical training is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse/service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of shipping techniques and processes.
• Knowledge of PHI and HIPAA guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience using forklift, pallet jack, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, and replenish collection kits and related materials according to procedures.
• Verify components, quantities, labeling, and packaging for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Receive, unpack, count, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
• Organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated areas.
• Follow established procedures for inventory handling, labeling, storage, rotation, and movement.
