Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Bartlett, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Workflow Planner for the 1st shift (Day). The role starts at $21.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

You will schedule orders, coordinate processing across systems, and collaborate with customer service to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include monitoring daily workload, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound paperwork, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Prepare outbound paperwork and maintain delivery records.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to meet timelines.
• Maintain daily attendance and safety/compliance with SOPs.
