Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Coordinator & ASRS Forklift Operator to ensure smooth carrier movement and accurate load verification. The role includes directing carriers, scanning pallets, and maintaining documentation while supporting dock operations in a hybrid setting.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety, HACCP/SQF-inspired practices, and effective communication with the AS/RS Office Administrator and dock team during the shift 2pm–10:30pm, OFF Monday and Tuesday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior Security experience beneficial.
• Ability to execute in high-pressure situations.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with PC applications and computer systems essential.
• Detail oriented and team player.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving and corrective action planning required.
• Strong, honest work ethic with ability to handle multiple tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dock appointments and manage trailer flow at Trailer Checkpoint Shack.
• Direct carriers and visitors to parking/staging areas and dock doors.
• Scan pallets with M3 scan guns and track milk in cold storage.
• Close out trucks and verify bills of lading accuracy.
• Maintain logs and documentation of shipments and access control.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and secure trailer seals.
